To extend the freshness of your bread, we recommend tightly wrapping and refrigerating it for up to 3 days.

While the bread can be stored at room temperature, we find it tastes best when chilled.

Our bread freezes beautifully and can be stored, tightly wrapped, for up to 3 months in the freezer.

When ready to enjoy, simply thaw it in the refrigerator overnight. Consider ordering extra loaves in the freezer; they make delightful impromptu treats for guests and thoughtful hostess gifts.

Our 10 oz personal gift loaves of Oatmeal Banana bread can be sliced into 8 perfect sharing portions. Cut the slices in half to make smaller bread bites.
