Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you
know your order is on the way! Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be received the following business day.


ORDER PICKUP 
Dessert lovers located in Southwest Florida, may pick up their desserts in person or at a local selling event of their choosing. Please order via the local pick up option on our web site or place an order via text. 

An email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using UPS 2-day AIR.
Orders are shipped Monday & Tuesdays only to ensure delivery is not delayed.
Orders placed not ready for shipping on Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday.  Complimentary continental United States shipping is included with all dessert box orders. We do not ship outside of the United States, Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

Desserts are shipped frozen with ice packs and insulated materials to maintain integrity of product. Items will not arrive frozen and ice packs will no longer be cold upon arrival.


REFUNDS & RETURNS

We are not responsible for damage or delays from our shipping vendor.

All dessert shipments will be in pristine condition when leaving our facility. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way that may compromise your desserts, please email us as soon as possible, within 24 hours or delivery, at info@onemorebiteorganic.com with your order number and the following information:

  • Record a minimum 60-second continuous video of the sealed box being opened and the full unboxing
  • Be sure to include the shipping label and ensure it is clear the package is unopened prior to video.
  • Additional photos of the box and package after opening are helpful in filing an insurance claim.
  • Contact us within 12 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement

We cannot submit an insurance claim with UPS unless shipping box and label photos are included.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We are a small business. We care very much about the quality of your order.
