Refund policy

Pick Up Orders

All desserts are made for you specifically and are final. No refunds will be given if you change your mind or are unable to pick up your order. Items not picked up within 24 hours of agreed on time may be donated. Check your order completely upon pick up or delivery. In the event your order contains incorrect or missing items or is not as promised, we will make every attempt to fulfill the correct order in a timely manner. If unforeseen circumstances cause us to be unable to bake your order, we will offer an alternative time to pick up or refund your order.

Shipped Orders

We are not responsible for damage or delays from our shipping vendor.

All dessert shipments will be in pristine condition when leaving our facility. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way that may compromise your desserts, please email us as soon as possible, within 24 hours or delivery, at info@onemorebiteorganic.com with your order number and the following information:

  • Record a minimum 60-second continuous video of the sealed box being opened and the full unboxing
  • Be sure to include the shipping label and ensure it is clear the package is unopened prior to video.
  • Additional photos of the box and package after opening are helpful in filing an insurance claim.
  • Contact us within 12 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement

We cannot submit an insurance claim with UPS unless shipping box and label photos are included.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We are a small business. We care very much about the quality of your order.
