Cafe Cravings, a beloved part of the Minnesota culinary scene since 1995, has been near and dear to our hearts. Our recipes have deep roots in the family restaurant that started it all, and every dessert we serve reflects our passion for homemade treats made the old fashioned way with premium ingredients.

Our journey began with our son, who grew up with anaphylactic allergies to peanuts, cashews, and bananas. To ensure his safety and the safety of all our guests, our kitchen is proudly 100% peanut and cashew-free.

In 2010, our family set off on a unique culinary adventure, navigating the challenging waters of dietary changes. We embraced the organic and gluten-free lifestyle to reduce inflammation and improve our overall health. Along the way, we also made the conscious choice to keep our desserts free from soy and corn, because we believe that great taste shouldn't compromise your well-being.
